Very unpleasant atmosphere. HR suddenly laid off 12 employees, just two days before the end of January. Some of these employees have worked for the company for more than a decade and suddenly had only one day to turn in their equipment. Their notice period does not take into account sick leave. Without any social conscience. As a long time employee, I wanted to say goodbye to my colleagues but didn't have the opportunity. This is extremely unfair and creates panic among employees.
