Another positive point is the appreciation. Many companies can take a leaf out of our book here. The word "thank you" is used quite often and quite honestly. In addition, there are regular joint lunches/events and at Christmas we receive a gift together with a handwritten card...

If we as employees see potential for improvement, we are taken seriously and suggestions are examined and implemented.
