Since it's not a particularly large company, you can't really develop further in certain areas. However, where it is possible, you are very much encouraged by the company. External training and further education are also very much encouraged.

Higher management is mainly staffed by men - more diversity and a higher proportion of women would be desirable here.

Networking among each other - also across the locations - could be improved; e.g. also through more joint events, which was unfortunately not possible in the Corona years. Learning from each other and knowing who knows what would also be very helpful.

Rarely have I met so many colleagues who are great people and professionally competent, with whom I can drive exciting projects and activities forward. In addition, I can organize my work location and my working hours 100% flexibly, which makes the work-life balance much easier.

Certain paths and clarifications could still be shortened (as so often) and even more.

Wages were already asked about in the application, but were not addressed again until after the second round.
