No hierarchy thanks to holocratic organization and self-managed teams. There are very diverse and exciting large projects which are implemented with modern and different languages and frameworks. The possibility of an 80%, 40-hour work week and flexible working hours round off the whole experience.

Intersim is constantly improving with the means of holacracy and agile process models, and employees actively provide feedback for improvements. Therefore, I cannot mention much here. Although a lot is already being done in the area of green IT, this could still be expanded.
