Communication with the sales management is going great in my region and, as I hear, also in other regions. Cooperation in the branches is top, but among the branches there are more discussions because not everyone sticks to the rules.

You could finally get those wages adjusted. No matter whether you are an hourly wage, shoe fashion consultant or branch manager, wages are far too low. The work we all have to do is not paid properly. And wages are extremely different in management positions even though the same experience is there?

For the management things are going quite well, because cheap labour (with training, experience and motivation) is working. But this is not an advantage for everyone.

To appreciate the employees a little more and to pay them decently.

Wage benefits. Very low wages for comparison industry. I assume that only in the functions the wages are better. That's why I didn't take the job. What a shame! Anything else would be very appealing!
