Very nice working atmosphere, possibility to do interesting and innovative projects, great colleagues, people are taken seriously, no matter which position they're in. Flexible working hours and home office are also a plus.

Sustainability is a huge topic, however public transport for employees is not subsidised.

Open and familiar culture. You are quickly welcomed, all employees are open and helpful.

Digitization could be pushed even further, even though much is already there.

We do have a nice spirit in our department. I like to work with such a state-of-the art technology - Cloud first / Development teams / SaaS / Collaboration platforms like Atlasssian!

A better alignment of our initiatives would be a big plus! Well organized in our department.
