I was accepted right from the start as if I had been part of the team for years. This makes work fun, self-determined, personal responsibility, no one runs after me with a whip.... I would work for TBS again at any time and would recommend the company as an employer to anyone with a clear conscience!!!!!.

There is always something that can be done better or more efficiently. I had too short an assignment to be able to evaluate this sensibly.
