HR competence questionable
No confirmation of application. Neither by phone nor by e-mail. Very uninterested in telephone demand. Either the job advertisement is not correct or the HR cannot assess the competence. After three weeks again asked for the open application and immediately comes a copy & paste answer with a rejection, which is very unprofessional and not personal. You don't know what's happening with the application file. I rewrite every application for every company. It is not worth writing an application for this position at all, as it was ultimately a waste of time. No appreciation.
