I found the best employer E V E R at Bluhm Systeme. It's not for nothing that I won the Mittelstand prize several times. The family business appreciates my work and it is the first company where I can call anyone without exception for advice or support on questions. The team and the family are written in capital letters here. I can't understand the mail before. Anyone who recognizes the chance with Bluhm and stands up for it will be rewarded. Training and further education opportunities are also offered. Great company, great colleagues and great executives.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the predecessors. It's just taken here and given nothing. A lot of overtime is worked here and you end up sitting on it. The profit counts and what comes around healthily in the end is stress and not joie de vivre. Education is written in small letters here... learning on the job, that's the motto.
