In my opinion, Quickmail AG is a fair employer that offers delivery staff work close to home and in the fresh air. Although the delivery/distribution of brochures, leaflets and letters is a job in "wind and weather", especially in winter, I appreciate the free time allocation (delivery Th - Fr; 6 - 21 o'clock) very much. With one or two delivery requests, it is often also possible to avoid periods of bad weather.

Good contact and the person in charge is easy to reach. Otherwise nothing more.
Communication: We sometimes receive huge amounts of mail to distribute, and we're not notified when we're hired. There's a lack of transparency in human resources. Sorting is time-consuming, as everything has to be grouped in the order in which it is to be delivered. Poorly paid for the effort involved. Difficult to combine with another job. Really exhausting. I'm thinking of quitting soon to preserve my health.

Hello! Thank you for your honest feedback! We greatly appreciate your feedback and are continuously working on optimizing our processes and providing our delivery staff with the best possible support. It is true that consignment volumes can fluctuate from week to week. To make planning easier for you, we inform our delivery staff about the upcoming consignment volumes at the beginning of each week. Have you received this information regularly? You can also call up the consignment volumes for the coming week at any time in your employee account. Many of our employees find this helpful in order to plan the time for sorting and the delivery route more efficiently. In our experience, the part-time job as a Quickmail delivery person can be combined well with other activities, especially if you can schedule enough time for delivery on Thursday or Friday. We regret that you find this difficult and take your feedback seriously. If you have any other specific suggestions on how we can improve our processes or make your working day easier, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please feel free to contact your delivery district manager or contact us directly by e-mail at info@quickmail-ag.ch. Thank you again for your feedback. We wish you all the best and every success in your future endeavors. Yours sincerely Your Quickmail team
