The working atmosphere is really strange, I can hardly explain it. High fluctuation. Information emails from the HR department (I imagine ALWAYS!) are worded something like this: We have decided to part ways with Ms./Mr. XY. Are so many people being made redundant and then "presented" to the remaining employees behind their backs? Maybe it's just HR acting clumsily or deliberately in such a contemptuous way, I don't know. In any case, I do not recommend this employer.
