Improvement necessary for: -Do not deliver service planning 1-2 days before new month. -Observe rest periods -Have professional training courses carried out. -How to deal with employees could be greatly improved. Provide job-specific (protective) material (e.g. security service = protective vest). -Ensure protection at work (patrol service). -Clarify suitability for night work

For me, outsec was like a small family. We know each other and the communication is great.

Very great team. In the back office we had a very good time and the work was never boring. Could go to individual assignments with what had pleased me very much. Technically already super there which simplified the whole work quite and had pleased me very much.
