We have been given a beautiful, bright new building. We are also constantly investing in the company. The work never gets boring, there are always new requests in the area where we work and we are always allowed to develop new devices. I think it's great that the company organizes many events in addition to the normal work, and that most of the employees always take part. One apprentice is currently organizing the ski day and one always organizes an Oktoberfest. We take part in a beach volleyball tournament in the region and some of us go jogging together in the forest at lunchtime. I think this team spirit outside of work is really cool.
The company has grown very strongly in the last 3 years, has positioned itself very broadly on the market and sells the products it manufactures worldwide. I personally enjoy this because I have the feeling that the company can survive even in bad times. Of course, growth means that processes have to be optimized. The company is working on improving this. I am glad that the opinions of the employees are also taken into account in this improvement.

The organization does not correspond to the size of the company. Structures and processes are no longer up to date. The absolutely necessary changes are hardly ever initiated. The employees would like to see improvements. The outdated philosophy and the adherence to old patterns prevent the company from developing further. Suggestions for improvement: - Keep promises - words should be followed by corresponding actions. - Openness to new ideas. - Tackle innovations with determination. - Communicate proactively and openly. - Take employee concerns seriously

The flexible working hours are good but the same as in any other company. The development of the company is very positive, the bosses think old-fashioned and that's good because they have a stable position in the industry, nevertheless they always try to develop new products and are very successful.
Apprentice training could be optimized, they are partly treated as cheap employees. If you're not a friend of the family, it can be hard to get into the team, because everyone knows everybody whether father of the apprentice or so on.... but it's possible if you want to.
