Top top top I am very satisfied with the working atmosphere. The environment is great. An employer in the sun. The open concept is a blessing for the staff and the patients.

The pay, that's really too little. Parking situation and handling.

Private clinic of the UPK: Good leadership, freedom is given, you have the opportunity to get involved, an open ear for all concerns - including the duty roster, further training is provided, we have a good interdisciplinary team.

In the internal communication of the UPK itself, in the private clinic I see the problem less

Very pleasant and highly professional working environment. Employee coaching, supervision, ethics consultations etc. are standard in psychotherapeutic settings. Various possibilities for further education. The focus is on patients, the therapy program is diverse and diagnosis-specific.

Sometimes I wish for more decision sustainability. The earnings are below average. The good working conditions alone will probably not compensate for this in the long term.

After some reflection, the following point can be rated as positive: the cooperation between doctors/psychologists and the administration is extremely pleasant and appreciative.

As a new employee, you are placed too low in the hierarchy that has existed for years/decades and you feel this every day. Work processes are obviously explained incorrectly and errors are sought wherever possible. Thus, the work motivation decreases enormously and self-doubt grows.

From my personal point of view I could not name now even with longer consideration, I had to accept massive disadvantages in all aspects. It is very difficult to work under such conditions.

The structures of the UPK are very rigid, which means that new workers cannot be expected to undergo even basic training and are instead exposed to a constant demonstration of the status quo and the hierarchies based on years or decades of membership of the UPK.
