Sales are too limited, instead of getting help from the office, only more obstacles are put in the way. They are happy to wait 1-2 days to answer an email, but the customers are on site and need a solution immediately, we were forbidden to call the office by phone. Discounts on articles are not allowed, very strict guidelines (turnover, GVL, GVL-C) and little to no goodwill towards the customer. There are some internal training courses, but you have to be lucky if your supervisor wants to let you attend them at all. The only training courses I was able to attend were the ones that the RVL scheduled because everyone had to attend and there could be no discussion. The SAP system made everything 10 times more complicated and time-consuming, an error in the system -> ticket creation and the problem can only be tackled again with "good luck" in 2-5 days later. Products are not always cheaper than the competition and if customers ask about the well-known low price guarantee, they all have to be turned away. We no longer have a TP guarantee, which only brings customers into the store for a consultation and then everything is ordered online - why not (cheaper, faster delivery / installation, greater and better goodwill). With the old wage system you could still overlook all these negative points, but with the new wage system the employees of the veteran Fust will jump off one after the other. What a pity...
