Incredibly social employer that has always paid 100% salary during the short work. Also otherwise puts itself before the employees and lets them participate in the success. Still one of the few real family businesses.

I can't really complain. Partly, the communication could be a little better and here and there the equipment a little more modern.

All in all, Lamprecht Transport is a good employer. The pay is fair and the work is interesting.

The social competence of superiors and an increased focus on a good working atmosphere should be improved. Rigid traditional processes and the company culture could also be made more agile and modern.
