TRUMPF Schweiz AG

Trumpf is a very good company, which offers very good working conditions compared to others, such as flexible working hours. In recent years, the company Trumpf AG has improved.

There are a few employees who make the working atmosphere worse, otherwise I am satisfied.

Solid and collegial company. Unless you are in the wrong department.....

TRUMPF is a very good employer and gives employees a lot of leeway, some just too much. If the average person in certain departments leaves the company again after 2-3 years, something can be wrong.

The necessary tools Laptop etc. are almost always punctual and new and ready

I can't agree with the bad ratings for this employer. The high fluctuation that prevails here is true, but this is mostly for personal reasons such as reorientation. Salary is above average and the team spirit is also exemplary. The people in front are not arrogant in any way, but we understand each other on a collegial level. Also, supervisors always have an open ear for personal concerns. The pension fund was massively improved in the course of the merger into Trumpf Switzerland.

The cooperation between service and sales has massive potential for improvement. Some machine sales are not made after consultation with the service department. Also the stock management leaves much to be desired after the move to the new sand location in Baar.

It hasn't been going well in a while. Incompetent superiors with unacceptable behaviour towards employees. Above all, arrogant answers or even shouting or other unacceptable behavior. Technical arguments do not count, the boss decides whether it suits you or not. The jobs are below average. An office container can be considered luxurious compared to there. It's loud, stuffy and outdated. There has been no real plan for adapting the organization and processes since the merger was broken over the knee. Executives are not replaced and departments are left to the next most responsible person without showing any kind of recognition. This was a good employer many years ago, but certainly not now. Otherwise, I wonder why so many long-time employees moan or leave the company.

Exchange of incompetent managers. Elaboration of a functioning organization including its tasks. Involving employees, because many supervisors also lack specialist knowledge. Provide adequate office space.

I am happy to contradict the negative comments !!!!! I have been working at TRUMPF Maschinen AG (now TRUMPF Schweiz AG) in the final assembly department for 7 years and can only contradict this. The support in all matters (also with private topics) is unbelievable. I am very FROH to be a part of TRUMPF Maschinen AG. Keep it up!!!!! an enthusiastic TRÜMPFLER

I hardly see any potential for improvement. - Working atmosphere is super - Company restaurant (best restaurant in Prättigau) - Training fits - More flexible working hours (but difficult due to flow assembly)

When I read the 5! previous comments, it seems to me that the commentators have confused the company. I don't know anybody in the company who's arrogant. The period of 8 to 5 months shows me that the commentators were or still are active at TRUMPF shortly after the merger of the four Swiss TRUMPF subsidiaries into TRUMPF Schweiz AG. Of course, the merger of several companies and the merging of several organisational areas harbours uncertainties and learning potential. Above all, the high level of incoming orders in the last financial year meant that methodology and planning have fallen into the background. It was important to handle customer needs quickly and unproblematically.

There's always room for improvement.
