Offers mainly temporary jobs, low salaries, cuts overtime at the end of the year...employees have no value...Crossfunctional collaboration between Teams/departments very bad. Never saw an international company with such a low level of culture and management abilities. Some daughter companies are for sale due to low profit....surprised?? Would not enter into such an environment...(if you had a choice...)
