The salary comes on time and is okay. You are relatively flexible when it comes to vacation and days off.

Clueless supervisors and employees. You don't get any training because no one can operate the equipment properly. Accordingly, the daily work routine is unsatisfactory. The main thing is that the quantities are somehow right. No one is interested in whether scrap is produced.

High quantities are achieved although the machines constantly fail. Still optimizable !

The machine maintenance ect. runs too unprofessionally for me, machines continue to run in catastrophic condition, no time is taken for maintenance and everyone does a bit what he wants. If one would invest more time in maintenance, it would pay off greatly, because one would have much fewer disruptions and more pleasant shifts with less stress, besides, I had people in the team who were very unfriendly and did not allow me a reasonable training.

A very innovative and social employer with very good working conditions in a central location. The way we treat each other is very much characterised by appreciation. Trust and good cooperation are not only promised but also lived.
