When I first started working at hostettler ag I was impressed with their commitment to the well-being of their employees. Programs to promote a healthy and balanced work environment were put in place, and they clearly showed that they care about the health of their staff. hostettler ag also has very good premises. The offices are spacious, bright, well furnished and with modern equipment. In addition, the company provides a clean and well-maintained work environment, which contributes to a pleasant and professional atmosphere. I would also like to emphasize that the hierarchical relationships within the company are healthy and pleasant. Managers are approachable and listen to the ideas and concerns of employees. In conclusion, hostettler ag is a humane company to work for.

The work is handed over step by step - one is/is not overwhelmed. The relationship with the supervisor is very trustworthy and the cooperation with colleagues is great.

The application process was professional and structured. The communication before and after the interview was direct and clear. Once hired, you feel well taken care of, integrated into the team and introduced in a structured way. The doors are always open for questions and uncertainties. Generally, the working atmosphere is great and the infrastructure is good. You have a lot of freedom and can contribute well.

The hostettler group is in constant growth and is therefore very strong & versatile, individual processes & cross-company collaboration are currently still catching up.
