Good at the beginning. After phone call Teams. Invitation to a trial day, phone call again. Two days later phone call with teams about salary! On phone call rejection too little interest and asking questions! Tema was always too long commute!

It is getting worse and worse, good people are leaving the company and more and more cheaper and less qualified people are coming. So far, every new year has brought worse things for the employees - the working conditions are getting worse and worse.

The work itself is not bad, nor is the working atmosphere. Some of the colleagues are quite good, but there are also those who are not at all. It would be necessary to improve the connection between the supervisors and the employees, which is partly very bad or rather has no interest in listening. You also have to be prepared to work weekends.

I got an answer once. I think it is good that the questions of the applicants are answered. That's about it.

I applied and after 2 weeks I was asked and was told that the recruitment process would take even longer and that they were still interested in my CV. The job is no longer online and I have not received any feedback. It's a pity if you don't even get an automated answer....
