The Grand Casino Lucerne is a secure, generous employer that looks well to its employees. During the Corona period, the employees received 100% pay despite short-time working, which is absolutely not a matter of course. The working atmosphere is very good, very collegial, one simply feels comfortable in this house. Employees who want to move forward are given the opportunity to do so whenever possible. The management style is clearly defined and is lived at all levels.

There is certainly room for improvement at the Grand Casino Lucerne, but nothing comes to mind at the moment. Even the staff restaurant has been renovated so that employees can spend their breaks in a nice room.
