The working atmosphere is usually very tense. Employees are treated unfairly and unequally. It seems as if the employer is not able to separate private from business. I'm looking forward to the day I leave the company, which will soon be the case.

A clear direction should be apparent. In one week my one goal is pursued and in the other the other goal, and in the end the displeasure of the employees is left out.
