It is conveyed that an extensive decision has been made when in reality 1-2 people have simply determined something. At point A, exaggerated savings are made, at point B, means are thrown out of the window. Appreciation is often completely lacking, as is an understanding of a matter. The administrative apparatus has been bloated over the years. Hardly more personnel with know-how. Generally too few personnel for a listed AG. Often strange expectations. Wage clearly below average, especially room ZH and room ZG, there is no point in a participation for a move. Wage increase nothing or times 100 CHF, which are compensated with gratification over 2 years. Gratuity that is to your liking and not tied at all to goals, while others have clear goals and receive profit-sharing of 10%+ annual salary, although the level is partly at that of a trainee. Here the winner is the one who screams loudest and nests deepest and waits for a thank you is often forgiven.
