Working climate is pleasant. Superiors are mostly fair. Some technical decisions are absolutely incomprehensible. Owner of the bank makes the specifications, which are to be executed without comment. Technical equipment urgently needs to be improved. Salary's OK. There is an urgent need to improve the premises, far too little space. Air conditioning of the rooms is extremely bad in summer.
