This works well in the company

A motivated, supportive and stable team. One is individually supported and can also contribute with one's own concerns. With the involvement of the team, a lot is done for the cohesion and a healthy, motivating working atmosphere. The varied work with customers is a real pleasure. I can develop and constantly grow in my job.

This could be improved

Even more electric bikes would be great. Most people currently travel by car.
