This works well in the company

I had an amazing experience as an applicant. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and fully committed. They kept me informed throughout the process and took the time to understand my skills and career goals. I like working at Nordwand because it is very collaborative and we have a very flat hierarchy. However, due to the flat hierarchy, career opportunities are of course limited.
