This works well in the company

I applied for SW Engineering positions and received good proposals in a relatively short time. A few didn't fit (salary or location) but we were able to clarify this in a personal interview. Quick feedback & you are not bombarded with job advertisements. They also respect the fact that you are working and don't get 10 phone calls a day.

This could be improved

The selection was right for me (SMEs), but perhaps you could offer a few more positions in international companies. But otherwise everything was tip top :o)
