Over the whole interview I felt treated unfriendly. Already from the beginning. Undercooled gestures on the part of present management, which was visibly extremely bored. The "hammock sitting position" attitude of the boss was the final touch. So they criticized my whole CV, my career... They even questioned my actual previous activities... And they wanted to get references in advance... And I was told that the probationary period at Inventix was "particularly strict".... Accordingly, I was completely uninterested during the whole interview, in fact I was about to get up and leave.... Just wanted to leave. Throughout the interview I was wondering why the company invited me in the first place... what's with the vetting questions... when is a real interest expressed.... When I found out in the second part of the interview (without Mgmt. and HR) that they absolutely needed reinforcements, because several predecessors left at short notice...but even then there was no commitment for a possible collaboration...really difficult context. really difficult.
