The working atmosphere in the young team is very pleasant and a contemporary corporate philosophy is clearly noticeable. As an SME with currently 10 employees, we have the opportunity to respond to the individual needs of all employees. This builds trust and creates room for personal initiative. L+R offers flexible working hours, home office and actively promotes further training. Up to six weeks' vacation and unpaid leave on request are standard at L+R.
