The colleagues are all helpful and competent. You are relatively flexible to arrange your own working hours (e.g. coming at 7:00 a.m. and leaving at 4:00 p.m., quite possible). One home office day per week.

Unfortunately, the salary does not correspond to the work one has to do. High demands are made on the employees and one would prefer to hire only studied people, but does not want to pay the corresponding wage. The majority is dissatisfied, which is also known - however, no action is taken. The apprentices do not stay and one does not receive new specialists. Likewise, part-time work below 80% is not welcome. Thus it is difficult to bring family and occupation under a hat. A rethinking would be urgently necessary.

Very good team, work colleagues are helpful and good team spirit.

The team is great, otherwise very poor conditions. The pressure is constantly increasing, wages are below average. Hardly any appreciation in the company. Staff the efragung did not bring any changes.
