Solid company, pleasant climate, business not very competent.
This works well in the company
Punctual payment of wages, clearly structured work processes, modern fleet of vehicles, flexible in case of employees' Fridays, great team.
This could be improved
In the communication regarding planning with the partner company Hastag. In the utilisation/efficiency of the vehicles. (too much waiting time) Communication/include GL-MA

Top working atmosphere on site, HR could be better
This works well in the company
The management on site is very competent and collegial. There is a direct, personal exchange, unlike with HR. When problems arise, solutions are sought rather than blame being apportioned. Open, collegial team, very helpful and competent. The working atmosphere on site is first class.
This could be improved
In principle, everything is fine, but HR in Zurich shows no consideration for the concerns and situation of employees. The solutions they propose are completely impersonal and inconsiderate. HR simply leaves people in the lurch, but the hope is for trusting cooperation for as long as possible. If they were to stand up for their employees and support them, the chances of this happening would be greater. Part of the vehicle fleet could also be renewed, taking into account the well-being of the drivers.

This works well in the company
Nothing is going well, it's just a facade. Employees are constantly leaving and new ones joining, and they always stay only briefly, because after the probationary period, the theater begins.
This could be improved
Respect employees, accept criticism, repair vehicles to work in proper conditions. In the event of a malfunction report, they do not respect the indications and it should continue to work even if there is a malfunction, because it is about billing and not about the safety of all involved.
