So at Lidl you have better terms of employment. Better wages, more holidays and the most important RESPECT in front of the employees. You don't work without daylight, you don't work without lunch breaks and of course the working hours are also better. In order to get a wage increase, Magic X must achieve an unrealistic profit. So nothing Magic in this store... Don't do this to yourself, and don't apply to this company. The only positive thing is the exciting assortment. I can't recommend anything else.

We have employee discounts and from time to time a competition where you can buy products, tickets etc.. I can win. You can partially test new products The retail space may be rearranged
- pay - Single staffing in store - Climate in branch (partly 36 degrees) - Sales prices should be adjusted, many customers do not buy the products at Magic X due to the high price difference to the competition (= worse salary for MA due to revenue share) - Untransparent distribution of bonuses and other bonus benefits - 12H shifts on the agenda - Getting sick gives you real trouble - Enormous shortage of personnel

I know Magic X not only from the customer's point of view, but also as an employee who can enjoy many advantages. Among other things, I can benefit from a generous staff discount, park my car for free and work in a pleasant working environment. The superiors are always correct, honest but above all helpful. Since my boss trusts that I will go about my work independently, I am not under his constant control and can therefore divide up my work myself. The customer consultation is based on a precise and professional training, which the customer can enjoy during the consultation. Where every other job focuses on sales figures, Magic X puts personnel first. Every telephone call, e-mail or personal conversation with my superior always begins with the question "How am I doing? If I have a problem or a request, I can inform my boss to find a solution together. Of course I have my duties to perform, after all I am here to work and not on holiday. And yet it doesn't feel like work. Rather, I see myself as an advice centre for the various customers who visit my branch every day. Should I reach my limits with my Latin, every consultant from another branch is always at my side. Every phone call with a colleague feels like I'm talking to my best friend. We are a big family supporting each other. Last but not least, I have only one thing to say: No one is the same and not every job is suitable for everyone. For my part, I belong to the happy ones who have found their place in the world of work. And this place is at Magic X. I am proud to wear my magnet with the inscription Magic X and am happy to welcome and advise new and existing customers every day.
In my eyes, you should introduce qualifying conversations. Not only to renegotiate various points, but much more to find out where you stand. To be able to sum up one's opinion and to look for solutions together in a quiet conversation. My superiors take time for me when something is burning on my tongue, and yet a dated conversation, sometimes helpful. A Christmas dinner with all the employees would certainly be a challenge. Who knows, maybe you could do something so that everyone would have seen each other personally. This certainly strengthens the team spirit and a fun evening would be added.
