We are very sorry that the employment relationship in the company Wyss Samen und Pflanzen AG has left such a negative impression. Yes, we are a German-speaking Swiss company and have always made every effort to meet the requirements of the French-speaking part of Switzerland. The language barrier is certainly still a problem. Your feedback refers to the Raumgrün division, which is active in plant service. In this area, both the service employees and the sales consultants are largely on their own. Understandably, this leads to a great deal of self-responsibility and independence. As head of HR, I can only speak for myself. But for the past three years, there has been a steady process of improvement in the comprehensive support provided to employees as well as in internal communication among the various departments. Stability, support and assistance are written in capital letters here and are very much appreciated by the employees. The family-like and respectful way of dealing with each other is cultivated and I personally appreciate it very much. We wish you only the best for your future.
