Understandably, this leads to a great deal of self-responsibility and independence. As head of HR, I can only speak for myself. But for the past three years, there has been a steady process of improvement in the comprehensive support provided to employees as well as in internal communication among the various departments. Stability, support and assistance are written in capital letters here and are very much appreciated by the employees.
