The team is great, everyone supports each other and there is a great sense of team spirit. The pay is okay and we have a team event and a Christmas party every year.
This could be improved
Long checkout shifts are exhausting but you are still challenged and it never gets boring when you can just lend a hand in the cold kitchen.
