I have been working for the Glencore for about two years now and can say that the atmosphere is very positive. It is interesting and motivating to work in such a multicultural environment where openness and entrepreneurial spirit are lived every day. I like the simplicity and effectiveness of the workflows and appreciate the fact that the company has given me a significant responsibility after only a short time. As a current employee, I can say that the company demands a lot from its employees, but also gives a lot back. The company is a unique player in its field and you can feel that when you work for it.

The company has a "drive" - it operates at a fast pace, but also gives you a lot of freedom to contribute ideas and implement them. I really appreciate working for a company as diverse as Glencore because it gives you an insight into global contexts. I experience the working atmosphere here as very good: helpful and open people from whom you can learn a lot.

With Glencore there are no function names, this can be somewhat confusing.

Great pay and good benefits but : - excessive overtime - traditional management where no opinion except managers are considered - poor HR function, no real performance evaluation, - no work life balance - not a single woman head of department

No organisation, bad work clima, very arrogant people, the Company tries to statisfy the employees with money and doesn't care about other things. I wouldn't recommend this Company to anyone.
