Here, in fact, I can not think of anything. Except the employees were mostly very pleasant and often the only reason why you "liked" to go to work.

In leadership. Leadership style is non-existent. Communication is non-existent. Bosses don't know what their employees are doing. Accusation of no business interest even though after 9 months there was almost 100 hours of overtime on the account.

Good employer for young managers. Gives extreme development opportunities. Encourages employees, but only if they want to and play along. Employees who complain are not encouraged. I like it that way. Top staff restaurant, generally a good atmosphere prevails among the employees. Top location and good working hours.

As in every company, the communication process is also partially lacking here. Long-term employees are often complaining and do not see the great potential of the company. Unfortunately, this slows down the many possibilities. Salaries are market conform but not super. Interdepartmental cooperation could still be improved, but is working better and better.
