Das Gesellschaftliche kommt in der Tat nicht zu kurz. Viele Mitarbeiter haben Ideen aus verschiedensten Bereichen.

Klarheit und Transparenz der Kommunikation; die Verteilung von "Ressourcen" auf Kundenprojekte könnte strukturierter und nachvollziehbarer sein. Ebenso das weitere Vorgehen bei Beendigung von Einsätzen, vor allem, wenn diese aus welchen Gründen auch immer nicht planmässig erfolgen.

I think ipt does a lot of things very, very right. What I appreciate most is the company culture, the colleagues and the trust we get from the management. Training and conference visits are handled very straightforwardly and generously. Through our (mostly innovative) field of activity and through monthly exchanges of experience, one quickly learns a lot of new things. I also find ipt to be a very generous employer who is committed to its employees. Contrary to other reviews on this platform, I think the management and communication is very good. I am proud and happy to work for this company.

Commuting is one thing - but it's the nature of our job. At least we try to cushion the travel time as much as possible (e.g. work for the customer if possible, training, etc).

Rhetorisch sind viele sehr gewandt, allen voran die GL-Mitglieder, und das ist im Consulting gegenüber den Kunden sicher nicht von nachteil.

Völlig undurchsichtig war die Leistungsbewertung des Einzelnen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten. Auch das Verhalten bei Mitarbeiteraustritten lässt stark zu wünschen übrig

Great colleagues Good salary and benefits Lots of events (technical and fun events) sponsored by the company. It responds well to the wishes of the employees with regard to project topics and location. There are clear guidelines on promotion. You get stretch assignments as a way to prove yourself.

Communication/feedback very strongly dependent on the human resources manager Work often feels more like body leasing than consulting. Dismissals and other negative issues are often swept under the carpet.

Very quick contact, interview organized within a few days, friendly, open and transparent atmosphere at the interview. Of course, more persistent questions, but that's part of it.

More central location for the interview would be pleasant. Train isn't central.
