This works well in the company
Coffee, firing employees, incompetence, lack of transparency, etc.
This could be improved
The potential of the employees is not appreciated. One can be quickly terminated, even older employees, not recommended.

Good experience overall. I know FIFA receives a very high number of applications, so I was happy with the interaction.

FIFA is a very fair employer
24 August 2018August 2018
FIFA is a very fair employer, but often unjustifiably criticised in the media not taking into account that FIFA is nothing else than a democratically governed association in charge to serve its 211 national members around the globe as they determine the rules and statutes of FIFA. Management and employees are nice and try their best to make the world a better sports place within the limits given of a private organization without public legal power in a world with enormous global political challenges which are hardly possible to influence. Employees enjoy being part of a meaningful organization with diverse global projects and challenges, relatively high job security and reasonable compensation and benefits on all different hierarchical levels. Furthermore, FIFA is a system relevant employer in Zurich with nearly 1000 employees.
