This works well in the company
The people itself, flexible work hours more or less - with Corona now anyways
This could be improved
The company is very sales driven, and thus so are all the goals. Restructurings have been an ongoing phenomenon over the past few years, but there comes a point where so much restructuring has been done, that there is a lack of knowledge, direction, resources and budgets. So everything is very last minute no matter how much time there was originally planned for it, and decisions are being remade several times until the very last minute. Everyone works in silos and politics are a big thing. The development over the last year show, that the Envista leadership (umbrella company) seems to be very US focused. People to work with are nice, but leadership of the past few years really drove the place down, so in terms of projects its for many not fulfilling as its hard to drive anything in such an environment due to lack of everything required for it, and also the last of the loyal talents is now frantically job hunting for better opportunities. Of course this is still a Corporate work place, so that can be factored in, but at this current stage, given Corona, I would not entrust your career or recommend this place if you have other options.
