This means that every employee can take language courses in German, English and French, regardless of the company's requirements. This is encouraged and even desired. Individual training is promoted as well as generally accessible courses. But care is also taken to ensure that employees feel comfortable. This happens through small things like free drinks in summertime, distributing ice cream on hot days, Christmas presents, summer parties etc. - but also, of course, by the fact that the employees always have a contact person for worries and needs. Within the company there are 4 values: Partnership (respect, appreciation, support), Performance (performance), Passion (passion, motivation) and Profitable Growth. However, the company also takes its social responsibility very seriously and is very active in the field of work integration, i.e. giving people in difficult life situations (long-term illness, long-term unemployment, etc.) a chance to regain a foothold in the world of work. HARTING works very successfully with 5 social firms in this field. Older employees (over 55 or even 60 years of age) are also hired in a targeted manner. Today, 120 employees with more than 20 different nationalities are employed, and tolerance and equal rights are a top priority. HARTING loves this diversity and sees it as a key to success.
