The database includes over 200,000 products and allow all healthcare providers, the authorities and insurers to communicate on the same data base. It also offers a professional POS software for pharmacy chains and a solution for single pharmacies and drugstores.

This could be improved
1. implement a clear anti-bullying policy: the company should introduce a clear zero-tolerance policy towards bullying in the workplace and ensure that all employees are aware of it.
2. training for managers: Managers should be trained in conflict resolution, communication and people management to promote a positive working environment. Unfortunately, however, the current HR person is the worst support.
3. promote an open communication culture: management should adopt an open door policy and give employees the opportunity to raise concerns and issues. Unfortunately, this is then used against the employees.
3. recognizing and rewarding performance: Employee motivation can be increased by recognizing and rewarding performance. Management should recognize positive employee performance.
4. obtain feedback: Regular employee surveys can help to identify problems and make improvements.
