Willingness to help is very important. Throughout the company, all employees are extremely helpful and solution-oriented.
Sometimes the general flow of information is missing and you have to get the information yourself.

The working atmosphere, the cohesion and the cooperation in the team is good. People help each other out and support their colleagues, better together. New products, markets and a dynamic daily business make the job colorful and very varied. A dynamic and successful company with very good market position and potential !
Communication and the interaction between the departments can be further improved. The customer is at the center of everything we do and we want to satisfy our customers every day. Availability in the diverse of the wide range is an absolute competitive advantage - but also a challenge. Customers should be able to order today and work tomorrow. We give everything!

I find the cohesion and helpfulness among the employees to be above average. Working with colleagues in an international context is a great pleasure (for me). In the past two years, there have been a number of changes at the management level and this has resulted in a clear dynamic, which is certainly not easy for everyone to handle, but which offers many opportunities for personal and professional development. For the sake of completeness, I would like to mention "classic" benefits such as good accessibility, free parking, e-charging stations, coffee, water and fruit. The fact that I encounter our products in their applications every day never ceases to fascinate me. Seeing what our customers accomplish with our materials is something I find extremely exciting.
As is probably the case in every company, there is of course potential for improvement here as well. However, the respective areas for improvement are very individual and I can only speak for myself and my department. There is little that is really on my mind. The process of digital transformation is naturally a bit bumpy from time to time, and so there are currently information deficits in some places that have an impact on our own work processes. However, the improvements here are on the way and good things take time; in the meantime, fortunately, there are colleagues who are willing to help and who have solutions.
