This works well in the company

There is no information about how long the application process takes or what it looks like, but only the standard answer that you cannot meet every candidate personally. At the latest after a while one would expect an intermediate info, with Cadillac and/or GM however nothing comes. After more than three months, a final answer comes unexpectedly. Transparent and modern communication looks different.

This could be improved

The communication with the applicants has to be improved, actually a communication has to be established at all. Specifying how the steps look like, how long everything takes so that the applicants can adapt to it, this is not difficult and should be standard.
