Plain and simple nothing! I was employed for several years, but it got worse and worse.

Nothing is going well! This is evident from the job advertisements that appear regularly. The work atmosphere is very negative, unhealthy and oppressive. Nothing at all of appreciative. Work-life balance? This balance has never been there, as said unhealthy. It is desired that the employee works overtime. If one wants to pull them in, then endless discussions begin. Decisions are made jointly; nothing has ever been decided jointly, only dictated from above.

To be honest, nothing. That's why they can't find any new employees in the meantime.
This could be improved
The leadership spreads a very bad feeling. Employees are treated differently and strongly preferred. This is done for no apparent reason, except that decisions are made on the basis of sympathy. The rest are suppressed. Therefore quite bad working climate! That is why some employees have been sick and then they are dropped.
