I cannot judge. The first interview in the application process was basically pleasant.

The non-communication of the HR department during the application process is very disappointing. The initial interview with 2 line managers and 2 people from HR (job holder and successor) was positive. After more than a month of silence, I asked about it. The lady on the phone didn't know anything about my application. She would pass it on to the new HR manager. I have not received any feedback to date. If you are already invited to an interview (19.07.!) and this actually leaves a good impression, then I expect at least a rejection for my application if it doesn't fit.

Wages arrive on time. Products are simple and easy to understand.

Unfriendly treatment by management staff. Inquiries and consultations take a very long time. No transparency, seems unstructured and convoluted.

New leadership wants to go ahead, the "old" and new roped parties are all keepers. Style is unknown... except on the brochures. Without a warning or assistance man is quoted and dismissed....

The technology of the products has remained unchanged for 15 years. Eight people work in the development department and nothing comes of them... The MO only wants quantities. Design and innovation are a dead loss. Small, well-trained departments that can look beyond the end of their nose and bring innovative products to the market that also lead to added value.
