Given the small size embedded into a larger group you get the benefit to know your colleagues on a personal level but have the stability of a multi-generational larger company. It is family-owned and you can feel it. Application sometimes take longer as one wants to know the person who gets hired - working at Rothschild means somehow you join a larger family … :)

Even though this company does not rule the world (as some conspiracies want to make you believe) it is still a great place to work! In recent years under the new leadership the atmosphere improved from a classical private bank to a place to be. Keep it up!
