The processes are sometimes too inflated, which can delay the speedy work in everyday life.

There are many helpful electronic tools available. However, it is not always easy to keep track of what can be found where.

We have a very pleasant working atmosphere in the team and communicate openly and honestly. I think the mix of working on site and from the home office is great! You can organize your work yourself and are therefore extremely flexible, which makes work twice as much fun!

It is a pleasant working atmosphere and the company looks to its employees. There is a good management culture and people value each other. Processes are followed, with certain exceptions of course. The conditions of employment are great and you can organize your own work well.

I currently see no room for improvement in my area or in other departments.
