I applied for a job where I fit 100% into the requirement profile and got an answer that I don't fit into the requirement profile. I took over an hour to write a clean, correct and individual application because I really would have liked to have the job. The rejection then showed me that the applications were probably not at all or not properly looked at/read through. That's too bad.
