The company is actively working to increase its attractiveness. With the Vision 2025 the company is on a modern line in which it is fun to participate. Ideas are welcome and employees are actively involved in the process wherever possible. Cross-departmental projects provide the necessary variety and the necessary say in the matter. A lot is also done in the area of BGM; 10 minutes paid time to do health exercises at the workplace, health days on which various health topics are discussed, team events, extra obligations in case of illness or accident, daily sickness benefit and much more. In addition, every employee has access to chilled still or sparkling mineral water at all times.
Due to the newly aspired vision, many processes and old habits are in a state of upheaval. People want to become more attractive. Some long-established companies, however, lack the will and the necessary agility - there, one should work even more actively on this. Communication does not always work perfectly either, which is also due to the often still rigid leadership mentalities. The same applies to personnel marketing to the outside world - there is still too little celebration of the advantages one has. Unfortunately, the working conditions are not really tempting at the moment, and if you don't see the opportunities for further development in the company, they won't lure out any real "talents" behind the stove at the moment - but within the framework of the vision, the conditions will also (hopefully) soon be revised.
